Aloha,
We are Randy and Atsumi. We invite you to share our beautiful home. There is an interesting history behind the house and property. It was built by a US Senator whose family often vacationed with another family. So the estate is already setup to share space with a maximum of privacy.
We fell in love with the place the moment we saw it 3 years ago. We recently purchsed the property and just moved in this August. Yes, the view of Kona and the coastline is the best that we saw in our two years of house hunting, but what struck us was the sense of serenity and calm this propety and location afforded us. We immediately felt that we were "home".
We also loved the location of the property. It is just down the road from the lovely village of Holualoa which many consider to be the holistic and artistic center of Kona. We are also on the Kona Historical Corridor right in the middle of the Kona Coffee belt.
The fact that the estate was a working coffee farm made it irresistible to us! Randy is in search of the perfect cappuccino and now has the opportunity to pursue that passion.
Atsumi prctices Structural Integration and is a GYROTONIC® instructor. We are building a place for her to practice these methodologies for our guests and neighbors.
